This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on CloudFlare Management Platform.
Subscription Products
Our service is offered as a subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, you can request a review by contacting support.
- Include your account email and the date/amount of the charge.
- Describe the issue (for example: duplicate charge, unexpected renewal, or checkout error).
Non-Refundable Cases
Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time after cancellation
- Charges from third-party services (including Cloudflare) not billed by us
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while we investigate the dispute.
